What is Ping and how does it work?
Ping is a card or sticker with an NFC chip linked to your Ping Twin profile. When someone taps it with their phone, your profile opens instantly with your details and contact links, and they can chat with your AI Twin to learn more about you.
Does the other person need an app?
No. Your profile opens right in their phone’s browser. Only you need a Ping Twin account to set up your profile and link it to your card or sticker.
Does it work with every phone?
It works with most modern NFC phones: iPhone XS and newer, and most Android phones. On some Android phones, NFC needs to be switched on in settings.
What can I customize?
The background color, your logo, and text in set areas: your name and title on the back of the card, and a short line on the sticker. You’ll see a live preview before you order.
What does my AI Twin know about me?
Your AI Twin answers only from the information you add to your Ping Twin account. The more you share about your work and services, the better its answers.
If my details change, do I need a new card?
No. The card opens your profile, and you can edit your profile anytime from your account. The card stays the same.
How do I pay?
For now, payment is cash on delivery.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping is EGP 60 anywhere in Egypt. We produce your design within 3–5 business days, then delivery takes 2–4 business days depending on your governorate.
Can I return my order?
Because every piece is printed with your own design, we can’t accept returns for a change of mind. If your item arrives with a print defect or the chip doesn’t work, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it free of charge.
