- We ship to every governorate in Egypt.
- Shipping costs EGP 60 per order.
- We produce your design within 3–5 business days of confirming your order.
- Delivery takes 2–4 business days depending on your governorate.
- We’ll call the phone number you provide to confirm your order before printing.
Payment
Payment is cash on delivery.
Returns & replacements
Every card and sticker is printed specifically with your design, so we can’t accept returns for a change of mind once it’s printed.
If your item arrives with a print defect, a chip that doesn’t work, or a design that doesn’t match your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
You can cancel free of charge as long as we haven’t started printing.
